Crafted in small batches in Himachal Pradesh, Jamun Gin is made using Himalayan spring water and infused with a blend of nine botanicals: Himalayan juniper (known locally as Jamun), coriander seeds , cubebs, cinnamon, mint, lemon verbena, orange peel, lemon peel, and plum. The use of Himalayan juniper imparts a resinous pine character with dry and subtly floral undertones, complemented by the sweetness of Malabar plums. Supporting botanicals like mint and lemon verbena enhance the gin's complexity, while cubebs and cinnamon add depth.
