Nisaki is a colour-changing Indian dry gin from Project Peacock, distilled in small batches using a rice-based neutral spirit. It features 16 botanicals, including Macedonian juniper, a secret citr us blend, a tea infusion, and is infused with butterfly-pea flower post-distillation, giving it a deep indigo colour which changes hue with mixers.
